|Recommended: YesEvaluation Of Arbors Oftraverse — So far so good. I need to learn how to enter the clubhouse on weekends . I understand that it is available.
|Recommended: YesOur Stay With Arbors — Can never seem to get a parking spot close to our apartment, end up at another building's just to park. I would love if there was at least 1 designated spot to each apartment so guests weren't occupying ALL the way to another building. We also have a problem with our neighbor blaring loud music and bass guitar every day. Have had a problem with a car frequently parking in obscure spots such as sideways in-front of the garages blocking me from backing up for full days. They've also parked in the gravel between parking garages which I found rude. Our neighbors on every side otherwise are dead silent and great. I love the upkeep of the apartments and feel they're the best in traverse and plan to live here until either moving into a house or out of town. Our biggest problems would be a very noisy neighbor beneath us and the lack of dedicated parking or parking regulation. Potentially a sticker per resident's vehicle for their window would be a good way to sort out that guests need to park in the ending spots. All around love the apartments otherwise and would definitely recommend them!

|Recommended: YesApt 2890 — The arbors is great. It exceeded my expectations of apartment life a long time ago and I don't know if you really could ask for more.
|Recommended: YesGreat Staff. — Staff is excellent as well as appearance of the property.
Neighbors to the sides are seldom heard but upstairs neighbors are noisy. The sound insulation/dampening does not appear to be well done, and some neighbors are just plain thoughtless.
Parking can be a challenge sometimes, but I am more worried about the speeding. There re some residents and their non resident friends going way to fast on motorcycles, and some residents seem to think the drives are a race track. I'm worried about someone stepping out of a garage at the wrong time, or a child stepping in front of these thoughtless people. If there is some way to slow them down I am all for it.
