Can you email or stop by the office so we can gather a bit more information in regards to this so we can determine the circumstances at your building? Also, please remember that there are garages available for you to park in.

|Recommended: YesLiv Is A Wonderful And Bright Community — You can be quiet, and have your own space. You can interact with your neighbors at many free events. There are so many amenities The hiking trails are fantastic, and town is just a few minutes away. It’s a tucked away haven for apartment dwellers.
The best part is interacting with our neighbors, much agreed, Samantha! You can stay on site or head into beautiful Traverse City, which is just a couple of miles away.
|Recommended: YesProfessional, Courteous Staff. A Great Place To Live — A great place to live. Beautiful grounds with a management and maintenance staff that really cares about their residents safety and quality of life.

|Recommended: YesAn Overall Michigan Experience — The nature view i have is awesome, and being able to take a walk in the woods through my back porch is awesome, the pool and gym are top notch and the hot tub is super cool i havent gotten a chance to see the outdoor tvs in action but i hope too soon All of my problems I've encountered were addressed and dealt with in a timely manner and now i am so comfortable in my new apartment i love my neighbors and i love the community that we've been given, it is much appreciated by a young man trying to become something successful in northern Michigan banking industry

|Recommended: YesLove Living Here But The Parking Is An Issue — An incredible place to live. Love our apartment It definitely feels like home. Lots of amenities and things to do. The one complaint I have is the parking issue... in front of my apartment theres 4 spaces then grass and trees. Wishing they would put parking a priority then landscaping. They could add 8 spots and fix the issue. But overall I love Living here and would recommend living here I already had a couple friends move in The positives over rule the negatives

The township actually plays a large role in determining the amount of parking lot poured. We have maxed out our limits. |Recommended: YesI Love Liv Arbors. I'll Be Sad To Leave. — I love everything about Liv Arbors. The staff is very accommodating and the community is wonderful. I especially loved my last apartment, the Montmorency floor plan. Private and quiet. I would definitely stay longer, but it is time to purchase a home again for the kids. It was a great transition home between houses and maybe I'll be back when the kids are grown

|Recommended: YesVery Nice — Very Nice, but over priced. I would like to stay longer but cannot afford the rent. Resigned for 6 extra months and rent is 1621.00 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath. That is a very nice house payment.

We do believe that we offer more amenities than other communities. We are thrilled that you have resigned your lease for 6-months. If you choose to sign for 12-months or longer next time around you can save on the short term premium!
|Recommended: YesLiving Is Easy At Liv — It's a clean, well-maintained community with great amenities, like the gym, year round hot tub, game room, etc. Our apartment itself hasn't been recently updated and the construction materials and fixtures are showing their age, but the overall simplicity of living here makes us not mind. Parking is a challenge, with no spots available near our unit when we get home after working second shift. The best part, by far, is having miles of trails to hike right outside our back door - we can even hike to Aldi's to pick up bananas and bread. It's a great perk. And their snow removal and maintenance teams are on point

|Recommended: YesGreat Service — So, I had a friend coming to visit me but I had forgot to leave the key under the mat so that they could get in while I was at work. One call to the office and they were there in five minutes flat to open the door. Super friendly and helpful on the phone, and they followed up like champs. 10 10
