|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Liv. — This place is clean and maintained regularly year round. Has low noise level. Maintenance and office staffs are very helpful. Close to malls and market place. I choose this community primarily due to its proximity to my workplace but now I feel I choose the best place in Traverse City for me and my family.

|Recommended: YesLiv Arbors Is True Quality — The apartments are fairly priced, and priced really well if you find roommates. The amenities are incredibly nice and the complex is located in a location that is in close proximity to town, but you don't experience heavy traffic at the apartments.

|Recommended: YesNice, But Small — I like the staff and the amenities. There are plenty of spots yo meet up with friends, hangout, and enjoy yourself. However, I do think there could be more communities events. For the amount of space and features that are offered I feel they are under utilized. Movie nights are great Camp fires are awesome But, these are few and far in between. I also feel the events do not cater to different age groups equally. Furthermore, the apartments that I have been in are tiny with very little storage space. For the price I'm paying I feel I should be able to store what little possessions I own easily. All things considered it has been a pleasant experience.
Hi Robert- Thank you for your thorough feedback! Great news, too! We have thirty floor plans....there are definitely options with more square footage, if you prefer. |Recommended: YesNice For Pets — We moved to Traverse city and was so happy to find such good quality apartments in a timely manner that accepted pets. The amenities are excellent also. My only complaint was that my neighbors love to convert the outside of my window at all hours of the day and there are constant car alarms going off. Also, for a week over the summer, the sprinklers turned on and never turned off until it was a flood back here. But over all I loved my apartment and looking out over the nature preserve. It has been lovely.

|Recommended: NoBeautiful Property, Much To Be Desired Though — Housing in Traverse City is expensive. This is one of the few options avaliable to new residents of Traverse City. Overall, I am a bit disappointed with the price of our apartment when compared to others. I was paying the same price for what I assume is the oldest model available at Liv Arbors that my friend was paying for their brand new model updated flooring, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances . The apartments need some updating, and if you need to contact the staff about anything it is best to go in person because they never answer the phones. Even when you go in person they will forget half the time.
We do offer a variety of floor plans, 30, in fact. There are some newer construction options. Rates are determined by price per square foot, as well as in-unit amenities (such as the granite countertops). If you would like to compare, please feel welcome to stop by the office so we can sit down and explain the differences of the floor plans to you. Transferring to another apartment is always an option!
|Recommended: YesFeels Like Home Away From Home — Liv Arbors is a great place to live. Beautiful grounds, tons of amenities, updated apartments, etc. My only complaint would be that the office is very hard to get ahold of.

|Recommended: NoProcess Needs To Improve — Beautiful place however, the application process makes no sense My spouse and son passes, but my credit falls just under and fails everyone My spouse has impeccable rent and credit history, where I know mine needs more improvement, but they fail her as well And then, I pay for the 100 deposit, takes them 1 day to withdraw from my account, and now I have office staff telling me it could take up to THREE weeks That is
