|Recommended: YesA Clean, Modern, And Welcoming Apartment Complex — Liv Arbors is a great place to call home. The property contains well maintained amenities open the residents and guests including tennis courts, pool, multiple whirlpools, outdoor facilities to spend time outside, a gym, and various access to trailheads for avid hikers. While my apartment is definitely on the smaller side relative to previous, the high quality of it, makes up for it. Maintenance is routine and prompt throughout the complex, making it feel clean and welcoming. The clubhouse is always a nice place to bring guests to watch a sporting event or enjoy the fireplace. I wouldn't live anywhere in Traverse City.

There is so much to do aside from just enjoying your comfortable apartment, and our team DOES take pride in the community. If you are ever interested, we do offer a variety of floor plans if you would prefer more space.

|Recommended: NoI Think Living Here Cost More Than What It Should Be — Living in the arbors was very convenient when we wanted to be close to work and all things happening in town. In our parking lot to our building there were days we had to park by the leasing office due to no other place to park which I believe was a very poor decision the way this parking lot was payed out.. I also think that most of the fixtures in the apartment could be a better quality for how much you end up paying a month.
