|Recommended: NoBad And Good — Staff will never answer phones , cheap appliances.Dont make the same mistake i did .

If there is something going wrong with your appliances we would like to get a maintenance team member over to the apartment to look at them. |Recommended: YesThe Property Is Very Well Maintained And The People That Live Here Are Very Friendly. — I love living at the Arbors. It is more expensive for the size of the units but everything is well taken care of and we feel very safe. They do a great job of making sure the complex is safe and we have not seen a police car or heard of any instances of violence or drugs on the property We have had a problem lately with a dog that we can hear barking when the owners are gone but otherwise we cannot hear our neighbors and they cannot hear us so that is great

|Recommended: YesBeautiful Property With Friendly Staff — Liv Arbors is a safe and clean place to live. Friendly staff take pride in the upkeep of the landscape and provide a social calendar that will appeal to everyone. Additional soundproofing and residents who don't leave dogs unattended on the balconies would be a wonderful improvement.

|Recommended: YesI Think Living Here Is Beautiful And Peaceful — Its like we are in our own little world. We have everything we need right here, especially in the summer. My view from my back porch makes me feel like I don't even have neighbors, its so open and beautiful.
Year-round, we are always in awe of the stunning views displaying Northern Michigan's beauty! How fortunate to be surrounded by a nature preserve...and some top-floors even have a peek of the bay!
|Recommended: YesThe Arbors Is A Great Place To Live — Parking at night is crowded. Otherwise I am very happy with my apartment. I am especially pleased with the Arbors becoming a smoke free property.
We are a smoke-free community and the response has been very positive! In regards to parking, we are excited to have opened a new lot last week. Also, if a garage is not included with residents' apartment homes, they are welcome to rent one. Thank you for the feedback!
|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments And Better Community — I have lived at these apartments on two separate occasions and have loved every moment of it The staff is friendly, welcoming, and truly go the extra mile for their residents. The property itself is well kept and the amenities are amazing. I have rented all over Traverse City and believe that this rental community gives their residents the most for their dollar. It is nice to come home after a long day knowing that you can truly relax.

|Recommended: NoPoor Communication — Good luck getting anyone to e-mail you back or answer the phone. Probably the worst communication I've ever experienced with an apartment complex.
Jenny- We apologize for your poor experience with communication. Looking through our emails I do not see any outstanding from you. If you could email me directly I would be happy to assist you with the matter you are experiencing- [email protected]. Also, you may use your resident portal to send messages that are received by the entire team. I fear some of you emails may be sent to team members who are no longer with us.
|Recommended: YesA Nice Environment To Raise Your Kids In. — I like that the staff is friendly and receptive to my needs. When I have a concern, they listen and try to help. They don't ignore me and let it go, they respond quickly. The area is kept beautiful and looks like a great place you want to live at. There are monthly activities you can get involved in.
We strive to resolve any matters that arise for residents, as it is understood that our team has the privilege of working around residents' homes. If you ever have any new activity ideas please feel welcome to contact our team!

|Recommended: YesNot The Worst, Not The Best — Overall, it is fairly nice. Although the price is fairly steep for the quality and space of the apartments. The trash compactor is usually fully and not kept up well. Also, the car vacuum has been broken since before I moved in, which is unfortunate since I would like to be able to use it.
Thank you for sharing, John. The trash compactor is operated a minimum of three times daily, or as needed. Fortunately our team recently took measures to remind residents that the waste removal serve does not take furniture and the compactor matter has improved dramatically.
