|Recommended: YesReview Of Property — I actually told some people that were in the Clubhouse, what a nice place this was to live, all the amenities we have. How clean the grounds are kept. Told them about the Book Club. They were looking for a place for their Mom to live.
Noise Sometimes the neighbor upstairs from me are heavy footed.

|Recommended: YesWonderful Property, Great Amenities, Friendly Staff — I just moved in, but it's already better than any apartment I've lived in. There are so many amenities a great pool, TWO hot tubs, a fitness center that's awesome, a dog park, tennis court, some playgrounds, a community garden, and miles of trails behind the property to run or walk my dog through. And the apartments are dog friendly The only negative I've seen so far is that the walls are pretty thin, so I can hear when the water runs in other apartments, but I don't really mind it. All in all, it's a great place to live
Yay! It is awesome to read that you love your new home. The trails are great in the summer, however wait until winter and you can use snowshoes and cross country skis- your doggy will love it even more!

|Recommended: YesOffice Staff — Regularly lose packages, poor communication with tenets, very unorganized, and rarely if ever respond to emails
Thank you for your feedback, Christina. We have a package room specifically for resident mail that our mail carrier personally drops off the packages in. If you are missing a package, we would be happy to help track it down for you.
|Recommended: YesWe Love It At Liv Arbors — It's beautifully landscaped, well maintained, and spacious The staff is friendly pretty accessible. There's so much natural beauty around, as well. Not a stuffy, suburban kind of apartment complex.They are constantly upgrading improving the grounds. We have our own resort here. GREAT atmosphere wonderful neighbors. I do wish the parking was much better. There's not enough for every tenant, especially when guests are visiting - That's my chief complaint.
We love having residents who take so much pride in our community! We are looking into a variety of solutions to alleviate the parking congestion sometimes experienced at certain buildings.

|Recommended: YesBest Place To Live In Traverse City — I have visited Traverse City in the past for Business and Vacation, when I was relocated to Traverse City I was looking for a place to live with my family, I didn't expected to find a place like Liv Arbors. Great Location, Outstanding Services, Quality of Buildings, Supreme Customer Service and Continuous Improvement of everything.
My family and I will always remember our experience living in arbors, definitively this is the Best Place to Live in Traverse City.

|Recommended: YesAll The Amenities One Could Need — The amenities are great and the apartments are spacious enough. I wish that there were additional rental options at a lower price point. Especially great place to live if you have a pet.

|Recommended: YesWell Worth The Rent. — It's located in a tucked away but accessible location. The grounds are very beautiful and well furnished. Staff is always available when you have needs questions. Have had very minimal issues with maintenance, light bulbs going out shortly after move in, ect. But that's out of their control, all those issues were promptly resolved.
We do agree that our location is spectacular, tucked away yet so close to everything. Our team takes great pride in our residents, amenities, and the grounds. If you ever have suggestion please feel welcome to let us know!
|Recommended: YesQuality Property For Apartment Living — Liv Arbors has been a great place to live. The staff are always friendly we especially appreciate the pet friendly community. We enjoy the community events to get to know people there's a sense of neighboring living here that doesn't exist in many communities today. We don't know all of our immediate neighbors per se, but we know many of our community of Liv Arbor neighbors. It's also comforting knowing the variety of ages family styles living here attracts. It's friendly safe for all ages.
We love our residents AND four legged friends! If you ever have any event ideas to get to know your neighbors better, please reach out to our team! We love assisting residents coordinate these activities to develop our sense of community.

|Recommended: YesI Enjoy All The Amenities And Events — That it is a great place to live. Location is perfect and offers a lot more then just a place to live. You hear a lot of people comment on the cost of rent, though I tell them that with all the additional things...dog park, pool, gym, etc, it is worth it.
It is wonderful to read that you have loved living at Liv Arbors! We actually find through surveys that our rental rates are comparable to other conventional multifamily housing communities in the area. The only difference is that we do tend to offer a few more amenity options.

Moving from Marquette was stressful enough, but the management team and all around staff have made a stressful situation comfortable. I look forward to many years here at Liv Arbors.
