|Recommended: YesReally Great Place To Live And Play! — I have been a tenant at AOT for almost 3 years and I have seen continuous improvements all the time. From the maintenance and enhancements of the property to the friendly, helpful staff, I have always been impressed with them. There are many fun activities for the residents that cover all groups from singles, families to even seniors. These are some of the reasons why I say it's a great place to live and play!
|Recommended: YesArbors Is A Great Place To Live! — I would say that all in all, Arbors of Traverse is a great community. Staff is consistently second to none. Apartment living can always have its challenges, but Arbors is a beautiful, clean, safe community with a professional and attentive staff.
The community atmosphere and countless offering of events and amenities make it a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
|Recommended: YesI Love This Community! — It is a great community to live in. There are lots of activities planned for all the residents. The apts and grounds are beautiful. They are close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants.
|Recommended: YesAs A Community, A Pretty Special Place! — I would tell them that although nothing in life is perfect, as a whole the Arbors is a great place. Being an apartment community, there will always be the occasional "less than perfect" neighbor or situation, but I can honestly say that the staff, amenities, and atmosphere of the Arbors is top notch.
A little sad that the rent has risen as substantially as it has over the past few years.
|Recommended: YesGreat Community, Nice Apt Homes, Very Poor Parking — Resort atmosphere, nice staff, great maintenance crew. Very disappointed with the parking situation is really the only negative.
|Recommended: YesNice Complex, Awful Parking (Park At The Clubhouse & Walk To Our Building) — Feels like living in a resort atmosphere, rather than an apartment complex. Noise levels are virtually non-existent, parking is AWFUL, not enough storage in the apartments themselves.
