|Recommended: YesComfortable Apartments, Well Maintained, Great Ammenities, Poorly Insulated — I've only been here 4 months, but I really like it. The grounds and common areas are clean and well maintained. The outside walls are poorly insulated cold to the touch , and the floors could have been built thicker can hear neighbor above me walking . Overall though, I really enjoy living here. The office staff are polite and helpful, and the maintenance staff is quick, polite, and fixes it the first time.

|Recommended: YesUnprofessional Staff, Noisey Neighbors — It is a great place to live but the staff has become more unprofessional the longer we've been here. They fail to communicate in a consistent manner and do not take their residents seriously.

It Is Hard To Get Hold Of Anyone In Office Over The Phone. Also, The Parking Is Limited — Parking is limited for residents -seems there is never enough. New building is amazing. all new EVERYTHING. quiet, comfortable and safe. Good location.
You are right, Arbors of Traverse is located in a great location- a former cherry orchard just minutes from the Grand Traverse Mall and beautiful downtown Traverse City. We hope that you find now that parking has expanded the congestion has improved significantly.
|Recommended: YesOverall I Love The Grounds And My Apartment Very Much! — In a word, easy. I love the fact that the walks and roads are well-maintained in winter and in the summer the grounds are so pretty and inviting. It s convenient to shopping and dining and I love that there are grocery options within walking distance.
