|Recommended: YesFacility — LIV ARBOR is a gorgeous place to live I've been here almost 1 and 1 2 years and I love it Lots of activities to join in if you wish. Take a walk around the facility and see all the grounds including a couple of water fountains Where I live the noise level is really quiet

|Recommended: YesNot Awful… — Expensive, layout is very limiting, only room for 1 piece of furniture in living room, parking is awful Rarely do I find myself being able to park near my apartment. Pool and hot tub are nice. People are really nice. Bike walking trails close by.

If you're looking for more space, there are a wide variety of floor plans to choose from. We would love to sit down with you to take a look at something that might fit your needs better.
|Recommended: YesMore Parking — I work nights at the usps. I leave at 7pm get home at 8 am and have to park 4 buildings over.

|Recommended: NoHostile Staff — Certain members of the staff will make you feel as if you’re in a prison cell. They will threaten you for things you haven’t done and do not talk to you like a customer.

Hi Jessica- we hear you! Some of the amenities have seen a lot of love and we are actually replacing the car care center AND all of the grills this summer.
|Recommended: NoOverall Not Bad. — Decent place to live but overpriced. The property maintenance is spotty. The stairwell entrances to the apartments are filthy and have never been cared for in the years I’ve lived here.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Matthew. Our groundskeeper does rotate around the community, powerwashing and blowing out each entrance. It sounds as though yours needs some extra TLC! We have set a work order to attend to your building.
