|Recommended: YesResort Living — The grounds and buildings are meticulously maintained. I am impressed by the quality of the outdoor furnishings and availability to them. If you are used to single home living, the noise of neighbors in the stairwell is difficult to get used to- especially if you have dogs. Fortunately, my dogs adjusted to the noise and don't bark quite as often. We also had a very loud and heavy footed upstairs neighbor - we thought she was coming through the ceiling sometimes She moved out and all is good

|Recommended: YesLiv Arbors Is The Best In Town — Very well maintained property and a positive atmosphere. The Staff has always been great and extremely helpful. They do the little things to show they care, such as constantly organizing and promoting events on property for residents, surprising us with an occasional breakfast lunch bag when leaving for work, gifting an item s , etc.
Modern amenities, no parking issues. Going on my 4th year here and there just isnt anything negative about living here. Even BATA has a regular stop here as part of their rounds. Right on Nature walking trails and that is HUGE for me My backyard is Miller Creek Nature Reserve
We think that the Miller Creek Nature Reserve is AMAZING, also! Next month if you're available we're walking through in honor of Earth Day to assist with a bit of a spring clean up.

Great for pets. Reasonably priced for all the extras you get. I can't wait to try the pool this summer. We've found our forever home

|Recommended: YesWell Maintained And Beautiful. Great Amenties — Nicest apartment complex I have ever lived in. That said, the hot water heater seems too small. Can't fill the bathtub. And, the placement of the hot water heater in an outside closet even if buffered from the outside wall seems questionable in Michigan. Given your intention to minimize waste I find one has to run the water quite a while before it is warm enough to even wash your hands, much clean up the kitchen or take a shower. Even using the hot' setting on the clothes washer just barely gets warm.
And requiring us fill out the below boxes authorizing Liv Arbor to post our comments is questionable too. I would rather you didn't but if I don't check the box the survey continues to show up in my alert box. And so....
