To Dan, The Repair Man I Feel Very Secure Here — This is like living in a family commune.... Having grown up in the 50's-80's We looked at communes as a place of security and comfort. That's how I feel here at Liv Arbors.

|Recommended: YesLove It — The amenities are great Not alot of places in TC offer what liv does. Maintenance has been amazing, so far we've had a few things that required maintenance help, our garage door went off track and that was fixed immediately. We also had our heat go out during our first few weeks of cold with the temp in our apartment dropping pretty low, we only had to make it through one night of cold before they had a temporary fix and shortly after completely fixed. All around the staff is really friendly and the non smoking property is great.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful, Well Maintained Grounds With A Lot Of Amenities. — Living here for nine years has been comforting. The location is awesome, south of town but a five minute drive to the heart a Traverse City and a quick jaunt west gets you to Leelenau County and east gets you to Acme. Either way being south cuts out a ton of traffic. One thing to keep in mind is that this is an apartment complex with many different people with a multitude of different lifestyles. There isn't a condo association with a board and interview process to rule out people, so be open as it is an apartment rental.

Curious by their activities for residents, maintaining recycling, and wonderful amenities, we decided to check it out and I'm so glad we did We just moved in but already this feels so much like home. |Recommended: YesComfortable Apartment Living — This is the nicest apartment complex I've ever lived in. The garages are spacious, the apartments are well insulated from noise unless a neighbor is exceptionally loud or walks very heavily, you can't hear them , and parking isn't difficult to find. Like any apartment, neighbors can be a bit of a game of chance. Almost all of mine happened to be awesome very quiet , but sometimes new ones would come in, and make things less nice seriously, I think a heard of brontosaurus moved above me recently - I can hear dishes rattle in the cabinets sometimes because they step so heavily .

|Recommended: YesClean, Modern, Ample Amenities Pet Friendly — There is so much about Liv Arbors that is great The apartments are clean, spacious, and modern. They have pet-friendly buildings, a dog park, and great trails around the community to walk. Plus the staff is very responsive and knowledgeable. They offer a trash service, there is a post office box on-site and a trash compactor. Honestly, we don't even need to leave our apartment community if we don't want to. There is a full gym, 24 7 pool hot tub, a nice community room. They have plenty of amenities and are very close to shopping plazas. There is even a hiking trail that leads to an Aldi if you want to walk to get groceries. Overall we are extremely happy with our decision to live at Liv Arbors.
